The fascinating story of the Lublinski company begins in 1938, before the outbreak of World War II, when Menachem Lublinski immigrated from Poland to Israel with the aim of establishing a new and safer life for himself and his family. Lublinsky, who learned the craft of knife sharpening back in his native country, decided to establish a knife sharpening business on Shinkin Street in Tel Aviv, and thus began a legacy that spans four generations and almost 80 years. At that time, the small family business was the only one in the market that provided professional sharpening services, and therefore quickly became an integral part of the urban landscape. The company contributed to the establishment of the state when it helped with knives, repairs, and the supply of related equipment to the fighting organizations in the British.

Over the years, Lublinski's two sons, Dov and Shlomo, entered the company. Later, the grandson Shraga also joined, who developed and turned the company into the well-known and appreciated brand it is today.
