A Journey full of inspiration
The fascinating story of the Lublinski Company begins in 1938, before the outbreak of World War II, when Menachem Lublinski immigrated from Poland to Israel in order to establish a new and safer life for himself and his family. Loblinsky, who learned the craft of sharpening knives back in his native country, decided to set up a knife-sharpening business on Sheinkin Street in Tel Aviv, and thus began a legacy spanning four generations and nearly 80 years.
At the time, the small family business was the only one in the market that provided professional grinding services, and therefore quickly became an integral part of the urban landscape. The company contributed to the rise of the state by helping with knives, repairs and supplies of ancillary equipment to the British fighting organisations
Standing at the Forefront
The company currently operates two branches in the center of the country and a nationwide service and sales system. Loblinsky sells its products in a wide spread of about 100 stores across the country-to professionals and amateurs alike. It also provides products and service to a variety of businesses, shops, factories, restaurants, hotels and more.
